Return Policy
What are our return and exchange policies?
Items purchased at Lines & Colours is covered by a 14-day return and exchange (non refundable).
- Should you wish to return an item, you can return for exchange only within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns and Exchange will not be accepted if it does not meet return eligibility.
- The return policy does not apply to: pillows, blankets, customized orders, customized reupholstery, made to order items, clearnace items)
The exchange must be done within the 14 days from the date of delivery.
We will strictly not accept any exchanges after 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returnable items
- Items must have original box / packaging
- Unused condition
- Unassembled and unmodified unit
- Must have original receipt
- Must be within 14 days from the date of delivery
- Items that are not included in the non refundable items list.
- Item was not as advertised
- Wrong Product delivered
- Factory defect items
Upon delivery or arrival of the items, we strongly require customer or its representatives to carefully inspect the item for functional damages, factory defects.
We would decline reasons like:
- “I was in a hurry so i did not inspect properly”
- “You were in a hurry so i did not check”
- I was not around when the items were received during delivery”
The item must meet all the requirements above to be approved for a return and exchange.
Non returnable items
- Personalized, Customized, Made to order Items.
- Pillows, tableware & blankets
- Clearance or sale items.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
- Customer must contact us through our Contact Us Page and specify the order number, photos and brief explanation of the item.
- The item will be inspected by our Team for verification.
- No returns will be accepted without prior approval of the return.
- If an order was picked up, the item must be returned in store.

Can i return an order that is delivered?
Yes, you can exchange your order that is delivered within 14-days from the date of delivery if it meets our return eligibility.
Your order within 14days is exchangeable and non refundable.
Can I cancel my undelivered order?
Yes, you can cancel an order that is still in our warehouse within 14 working days from the date of order.
Option1:
- Refund the total payment less bank charges.
Option2:
- Exchange the item for an item that is instock.
- Exchange with lower value item, we do not refund the difference.
- Exchange with higher value item, customer must pay the difference.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
- Please inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item.
- Damages caused due to misuse of the items is not covered by the warranty / return policy
- Warranty does not cover wear and tear
- Change of mind regarding the purchase does not entitle the customer for refund or exchange under Republic Act 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines
REFUNDS
Refund will only be accepted with these conditions:
- Pre Order item does not arrive within 70 days from the date of order
- Item has factory defect.
- Item was damaged due to Lines&Colours personnel.
- The item must be returns with the original sales invoice.

Timeline & Deductions:
Refunds will take 10-14working days after approval of management.
Lines&Colours may deduct bank charges as needed.
