Cebu Deliveries
CEBU PROVINCE
Free Delivery within Cebu City and Mandaue City
- Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Special delivery schedules on Monday, Wednesday and Friday is allowed with a fee at the availability of Lines&Colours.
- Fees may vary depending on the delivery location.
- Fees may range between PHP800 to PHP1000 within Cebu Province
We do not provide services on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delivery Partners:
- In-house deliveries
- Customers preferred courier service (lalamove, grab, moveit etc.)
Delivery Fee Inclusions:
- Handling, packing of products
- Delivery (including assembly of products) to locations within Cebu Province.
Outside of Cebu Deliveries
OUTSIDE OF CEBU (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao):
- Delivery Fees are computed at check out.
- Fees may vary depending on your location and will be charged upon check out.
- Lines&Colours may contact you in case of additional shipping fees.
Delivery via Logistics Partner:
- Delivery Lead Time will vary from 14 - 25 working days.
- We are not responsible for the delays of our logistics partner.
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, locations, vehicular problems.

Scheduling/Rescheduling Deliveries
Within Cebu Province
Schedule:
- Our Sales Team will reserve a delivery slot for the customer subject to availability.
- Our inhouse deliveries will be scheduled in timeslots and we are in instances unable to deliver at specific or fixed timing.
Reschedule:
- Any rescheduling of deliveries is best to be done 3 working days in advance and will be subject to availability.
Separating Delivery Dates and Locations:
- Should you require your order to be sent separately, you will be charged a delivery fee for any additional deliveries.
Outside of Cebu Province:
Scheduling and Rescheduling:
- Deliveries are scheduled by our logistics partner.
Self Collection
- The option of self collection is available and can only be done at our Lines&Colours Warehouse located at 2368 H Abellana St. Canduman Mandaue, Cebu Philippines.
- Inform our sales team for self collection and we will make arrangements.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timing on an actual day can be affected due to traffic conditions and unfavorable weather, etc. In such cases, the delivery team will make the best effort to notify the customer of any possible delays.
Storage Options & Fees
Storage Period:
- Lines & Colours will only allow storage for only 2 weeks.
- If the storage period exceeds the stipulated time, storage charges will be applied per day.
- *rates will vary depending on the size of the order.
Unpaid Storage Fees:
- items will be on hold and not subject for delivery
Lines&Colours has the right to refuse storage when our warehouse is at full capacity.
Terms
The customer shall be wholly responsible for ensuring that the purchased items can fit in the room or location of choice and can be delivered through all internal and external entry points by verifying building access, lift access and all doorway measurements. External access from the loading bay or car park to the delivery area must be clear and accessible with no blockage, and the internal (inside) area where the furniture will be placed must also be clear and accessible for placement of furniture. In the event that accessibility causes a delivery to be unsuccessful, no refunds or exchange will be allowed.
Should the delivery be unsuccessful for any reason, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next delivery slot subject to availability and at the expense of the client. This is to avoid causing delays or disruptions to subsequent deliveries planned for the day.
Lines&Colours reserves the right to change the delivery date due to any unforeseen circumstances. We will act within our means to notify you at the soonest of any possible delays or difficulties. We will not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damages, charges or expenses that may arise from any delays, postponements, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries.
Receiving Delivery
When receiving delivery of the order, the customer or appointed person shall inspect the item(s) and surroundings (home/delivery venue) before the delivery team leaves the premises. Should there be any defects, please alert the delivery team and note it down on the delivery order. Alternatively, you can also write to hello.linesandcolours@gmail.com with a short description and with photos attached. The team will revert to you in 3 working days.
Should the customer not comply with this, we reserve the right to reject any claim.
Please note that once the delivery order is signed off, it is deemed that the order has been received in good order.
